GENERAL REGULATIONS
1.They might be oral or audiovisual presentation.
2.In all cases an abstract should be presented as limit date on May 31, 2009 - 12 p.m. local argentine time- thru electronic way.
3.The summary of the proposal should sent in original language along with a copy in Spanish and/or English. Including: objectives, methods, resources and conclusions.
4.After the evaluation of the Scientific Committee of the Organizing Board, they will communicate to the author/s the acceptance or rejection of the proposal since July 3pt, 2009.
5.The author/s should send the application form be/ore August 3pt, 2009 in order the proposal is included in the Program
6.The author/s should send the complete proposal be/ore November 3dh, 2009 thru electronic communication.
7.Format of the abstract should be:

1,5 line spacing
1 A4 sheet
- Upper margin ------------3 cm
- Lower margin ------------3 cm
- Left margin--------------4 cm
- Right margin-------------1 cm
One sheet should include the text of the summary and the e-mail of the author/s at page foot. With same format but in another sheet it should be specified: a) title, b) complete names and last names of the author/s, c) subject, d) if the proposal is part of a bigger work or research and if you want to send it to the Documents Centre, e) country of origin, 1) mother language and other languages you know, which one?
8.Format of the work: same rules that for the abstract or summary and an extension of eight (8) pages (one face) of A4 as minimum and twelve (12) pages (one face) as maximum including bibliography and footnotes at the end of the document. Rules for bibliography notes: author (Last name in capital letters), title (cursive), place, edition, year
In the case of audiovisual format it will not be longer than 30 minutes.
9.You should attach to the document, in any format, authorization for publication in Internet, electronic support, digital and/or paper.
10.The authors may frame their communications or experiences within the subjects of the program or let the Scientific Committee of the Organizers Bureau to choose the theme where you production will be placed.
